Welcome to SpeakMeal, a mobile and web application operated by SpeakMeal, a DBA of Strategy X Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Detroit, Michigan, USA. By accessing or using our application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.


1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this App. By using SpeakMeal, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

  • The App is intended for personal use only and is not to be used for commercial purposes without our prior consent.


2. User Accounts

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary.


3. Acceptable Use

By using SpeakMeal, you agree that you will NOT:

  1. Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

  2. Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.

  3. Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App or its underlying systems.

  4. Share your account or allow others to access your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.


4. Intellectual Property

  • The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal purposes. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


5. Limitation of Liability

  • SpeakMeal is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the information provided by the App.


6. Modifications to the App and Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Michigan.
